Inside & Out Evaporative Dry Eye Kit – Eyetamins Eye Comfort Omega-7, EvoTears & OPTASE Moist Heat Mask
Full Product Details
Nourish from within, seal from outside, warm the glands in between.
Evaporative dry eye is the most common type, and it responds best when you tackle it from more than one direction. This kit combines targeted dry eye nutrition, a lipid-replacing drop and moist heat therapy.
Key benefits
- Inside: Eyetamins by OPTASE Eye Comfort softgels contain sea buckthorn omega-7 to support mucosal hydration and tear film stability
- Outside: EvoTears is 100% perfluorohexyloctane, which replaces the tear film's outer lipid layer to stop tears evaporating. It's water-free and preservative-free.
- In between: the OPTASE Moist Heat Mask gives 10 minutes of moist heat after 25 seconds in the microwave, loosening meibomian gland oils
- Suited to evaporative dry eye, MGD, chronic burning or watery eyes, and anyone wanting a long-term, whole-routine approach
- Save £7.98 compared with buying separately (£61.97), with free UK delivery
How to use
- Daily: take Eyetamins Eye Comfort softgels with food as directed on the pack.
- Once or twice a day: microwave the Moist Heat Mask for 25 seconds, test the heat, then rest it on closed eyes for 10 minutes.

Optometrist tip
Nutritional support is a slow burner. It typically takes two to three months of daily use before tear film benefits show, so pair it with the drops and heat mask for comfort in the meantime. Taking softgels with your largest meal helps absorption. Check with your GP or pharmacist before starting supplements if you take other medication.
Always read the leaflets. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your optometrist.
