Standard Returns

At Ocular Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an unopened and unused item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all security seals intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Effectiveness: If a product is incompatible or ineffective for you, this does not qualify as a fault, and returns for this reason cannot be accepted.

Refund Terms

  • Postage: Only the original postage fees will be refunded. Return postage costs are not refundable unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
  • Method: We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method for returns to ensure they are not lost.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your issuer.

Bulk Purchase Returns

For orders of multiple quantities of the same product or for resellers, specific terms apply:

  • Evaluation: Orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if they are for personal use or resale.
  • Definition: Typically, a bulk order is defined as more than ten items, but we reserve the right to assess each order individually.
  • Re-Stocking Charge: A 10% re-stocking fee applies to large volume returned orders.
  • Cancellation Fees: A 3% deduction from the refund amount will be applied to orders canceled or amended before shipment. This covers the cost incurred from the credit card company to process the refund.
