Optometrist tip

Astigmatism can change over time, especially after your 40s. If your lenses suddenly feel less sharp than they used to, book a check rather than assuming the lenses are faulty.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
