Optometrist tip

Leave lenses soaking for the full time your solution recommends, usually at least four to six hours, before wearing them again. A quick rinse in the morning isn't enough to disinfect them.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
