Optometrist tip

During hay fever season, dailies are your friend: pollen that sticks to the lens goes in the bin each night. Use preservative-free, contact-lens-safe drops if your eyes feel itchy.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
