Optometrist tip

With higher prescriptions, always keep an up-to-date pair of glasses as backup. If a lens is lost or your eyes feel irritated, you'll still be able to see safely and give your eyes a rest.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
