Full Product Details

For eyes that work as hard as you do.

We blink far less when we concentrate on screens, so tears evaporate and eyes end the day dry, tired and heavy. This kit is built for desk days: a lasting drop, a quick closed-eye mist and a cooling reset.

Key benefits

  • Lasting hydration: Thealoz Duo combines 3% trehalose and 0.15% hyaluronic acid to protect and moisturise the eye surface. It's preservative-free and phosphate-free.
  • Quick relief: The Eye Doctor Intense Mist is sprayed onto closed eyelids and spreads from the lid margin to slow tear evaporation. It's a great alternative if you struggle with drops.
  • Cooling reset: the reusable OPTASE Cooling Mask calms tired, puffy, strained eyes after a long day
  • Suited to digital eye strain, screen-related dryness, tired eyes, air-conditioned offices and long drives
  • Save £5.01 compared with buying separately (£36.50)

How to use

  1. Start of the day: use 1 drop of Thealoz Duo in each eye.
  2. During screen time: close your eyes and spray The Eye Doctor Intense Mist onto your lids whenever eyes feel dry or tired, as directed on the pack. Use Thealoz Duo again as needed.
  3. Evening: chill the Cooling Mask in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour, then rest it on closed eyes for about 10 minutes. Remove contact lenses first.

What's included: 1 × Thealoz Duo Eye Drops 10ml, 1 × The Eye Doctor Intense Mist 10ml, 1 × OPTASE Cooling Mask

Optometrist tip

Set your screen slightly below eye level. Looking down narrows your eye opening, so less tear surface is exposed to the air. Pair that with the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds) and a few deliberate full blinks. If screen fatigue persists, book an eye test, because an out-of-date prescription is a common hidden cause.

Always read the leaflets. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your optometrist.
