Optometrist tip

For long stretches of fine close work, such as sewing or detailed paperwork, a pair of low-power readers over your multifocals can add extra comfort. Ask your optometrist what strength to try.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
