Optometrist tip

Silicone hydrogel lets more oxygen through, which is great for long wearing days, but it still isn't licensed for sleeping in. Take your lenses out before bed and give your eyes a lens-free evening once or twice a week.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
