Optometrist tip

Multifocal vision is usually best in good light. Keep a small torch or phone light handy for reading menus in dim restaurants, and tell your optometrist which tasks matter most to you so they can fine-tune the add.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
