Optometrist tip

Before inserting, balance the lens on your fingertip and check it forms a neat bowl shape. If the edges flare outwards, it's inside out. Flip it and try again, and always wash and dry your hands first.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
