Optometrist tip

Hold your phone and reading material at a comfortable, consistent distance. Multifocals give their sharpest near vision at normal reading distance, not when the screen is right up close.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
