Optometrist tip

Give multifocals a fair trial of one to two weeks. Your brain needs time to adapt to seeing at several distances at once, and bright lighting for close tasks helps a lot while you adjust.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
