Optometrist tip

If your eyes feel dry by late afternoon, try taking short breaks from screens and blinking fully every few minutes. Never sleep or shower in daily lenses, and always order using your current contact lens prescription rather than your glasses prescription.

Contact lenses should only be worn following a fitting by a qualified eye care professional. Always follow the instructions supplied.
