Full Product Details
New to dry eye? Start here.
If your eyes have started feeling dry, gritty or tired, three simple steps cover most people's needs: warmth for the eyelid glands, a lubricating drop through the day and a longer-lasting gel when eyes feel worse. This great-value kit gives you all three.
Key benefits
- Warm: The Eye Doctor Essential is a reusable microwaveable compress that gently warms the lids to support healthy oil flow
- Hydrate: Viscotears HA drops contain hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) to moisturise and stabilise the tear film for long-lasting comfort
- Protect: Clinitas Carbomer 0.2% Gel forms a transparent moisturising film over the eye for rapid relief when eyes feel dry, gritty or sore
- Suited to mild to moderate dry eye, screen use, air-conditioning, heating and tired eyes
- Save £3.25 compared with buying separately (£24.24)
How to use
- Morning: heat the compress as directed, test it on your wrist, then rest it on closed eyes for about 10 minutes.
- Through the day: use 1 drop of Viscotears HA in each eye as needed.
- Bedtime or flare-ups: use 1 drop of Clinitas Carbomer Gel in each eye. It may blur vision briefly.

Optometrist tip
Keep a simple note for two weeks of when your eyes feel worst, for example after screens, in heated rooms or first thing in the morning. It shows which step matters most for you, and it's very useful to bring to an eye test if your symptoms don't settle.
Always read the leaflets. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your optometrist.
